Can I move my existing number across ?

Yes, we can move (port) most UK and Irish numbers to Please contact the help desk with details of the number you would like to port and instructions will be provided.

A port normally works like this

  1. We provide you an authorisation form for completion.
  2. You print the form on company headed paper with details of the number to be ported.
  3. You scan or fax the form to us attaching a copy of your existing providers latest bill.
  4. We confirm the port has been received.
  5. We will provide an estimated window for the port to take place.

Once the number is moved across it will appear on the dashboard and you can control the call routing.
