User Extension

The block User Extension provides personalised 'user phone extensions' for the PBX. Each extension has A VoIP line, a regular phone line (aka divert) and voicemail.

VoIP phones (SIP compatible) can attach and make outgoing calls. Regular phones can only receive calls. All voicemails are delivered to email only, there is no phone mailbox. Each extension has an Extension Code which can be used for in-call transfer to another extension.
