CSV export
Data can exported from call analytics in CSV format.
You can then import this data directly into Excel or other spreadsheet programs.
To export data.
1. Go to menu item Service > Call Analytics
2. Select area on the graph you wish to export using the slider.
3. Click “Download as a CSV” on the bottom right of the graph.
File data will be in the following format. The label field is taken from the graph block
